The management company of the shopping centre liaised with FMCG International to ascertain our requirements for a public activity event.
FMCG were tasked to provide a giant marquee to house the pit stop challenge F1 car, Scalextric track and a memorabilia display with F1 parts including:-
- race suits
- helmets
- wheels and tyres
- and even an engine!
They also had to provide a generator because there was no power on site as it is within the main public shopping area.
Safety is an essential requirement within the shopping complex so FMCG set up crowd barriers, queuing lanes and ensured all equipment was safely stored when not in use to adhere to risk assessment guidelines.
