SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT, UK
Together with the Linde Global Healthcare Division, we designed a one-day event that included a luncheon within our private suite overlooking the Silverstone circuit, hot laps and drifting in a Lotus Sports car around the circuit, an F1 pit stop challenge and an evening gala dinner within our own hospitality facilities.
With 40 delegates it was essential to get the scheduling for each activity correct so everyone was fully engaged participating in the pit stop challenge, speeding around the circuit with a professional racing driver or cheering on their colleagues. The focus for the day was sustaining a spirited and motivational attitude even for those not directly partaking in an activity. By maintaining positive energy levels the whole team achieves more.
One final remark that proves FMCG go above and beyond, was that they arranged luxury transfers from BOC / Linde Group headquarters to Silverstone. This was a most welcome addition for the delegates as they were able to reflect on an exceptional day.
