FMCG provided modules for a 2-day program that formed part of a comprehensive 6-week Management Induction Plan, designed to set the whole team up for success over the coming years within a new division.
This fun team-building event, challenged delegates to become an Expert Formula One ‘Pit-stop’ crew – requiring them to change the wheels on a Formula One car in ‘pit-stop’ conditions where Safety, Speed and Quality were key to success.
